About Paul R. Oelrich

Paul Oelrich is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of experiences and expertise. He was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, but grew up in Southern California where he developed a passion for aviation at a young age. He obtained his pilot's license at the age of 16, before he had his driver's license, and went on to become one of the youngest pilots in the United States. He obtained his Commercial and Instrument ratings while still in high school.

Paul attended San Jose State University where he majored in Aeronautics and later graduated from Cal Poly University with a Business degree. While still in college, he joined American Airlines, where he enjoyed a successful 20-year career in various operations and executive management positions, including Director of Quality and Customer Service for the world’s largest airline. His keynote speech at the International Conference on Customer Service in 1989 led to an invitation by President George H. W. Bush to deliver a national speech on quality.

In 1992, Paul joined Executive Development Systems as Vice President of Marketing, where he worked as a keynote speaker, consultant, instructor, and corporate trainer for Fortune 500 companies. He was a member of various professional organizations, including the National Speakers Bureau, the International Customer Service Association, and the American Management Association, and was listed in three separate volumes of Who's Who.

In 2000, Paul founded PRO Enterprises, a business and customer service consulting company that worked with companies such as Nordstrom, American Airlines, and Mandalay Bay Resorts. He later served as Chief Operating Officer for 4Giving, an online coupon and charitable giving company.

Currently, Paul is a Chartered Real Estate Consultant® at Long Realty Company, where he has achieved the "1926 Circle of Excellence" award and is one of the top 1% of all Realtors in Tucson and the top 5% of all Realtors nationally. He is passionate about guiding clients through the complex processes of the Southern Arizona real estate market and is committed to protecting, promoting, and representing their interests.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Paul is a dedicated philanthropist and serves on the Board of Directors of the Long Realty Cares Foundation, which has contributed nearly $4.2 million to over 230 charitable organizations since 2002. He enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures and cuisines, and has a positive attitude based on faith, which fuels his genuine enjoyment of helping others.
