This was a complicated real estate deal through my father's estate, and the first I have ever done. He helped orchestrate landscaping, cleaning, vehicle moving and even aided me in obtaining the correct court documents for the sale. I absolutely couldn't have done this without Paul. He was extremely patient and attentive, never overbearing or pushy, determined to help us find a good fit. He was always available to answer questions, attend to issues, and ever ready to move on to the next home. I would guess we viewed at least 35 or 40 homes in the 3+ months we looked, and never once did we sense that Paul was losing interest or focus. One of the things that stands out in my mind is that Paul would often bring up the negative aspects of a property - never simply trying to sell us on a deal, always making it clear that he had our best interests at heart. Very easy and pleasant to work with, and very calming. He gave me very great advice. Highly recommend him. A little advice. If your selling one house & buying another, you have the funds from the old house sent directly to the title company of the new house. I saves a step and some stress on time.
